Cathy Griffiths, LCSW-C

Cathy Griffiths grew up in Rockville, Maryland and has lived most of her life in Maryland. She earned her BA at University of Maryland College Park and her MSW at University of Maryland, Baltimore. She completed her internship at Franklin Square Hospital. Cathy brings 30+ years of experience as a psychotherapist to Gladstone’s DBT program. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry settings and, in addition, ran a solo practice for many years. She has experience with individual, group and family work with both adults and adolescents and has been with the Gladstone DBT service for over 4 years.
