I’ve been to several other psychiatrists before and Gladstone has been by far by best experience. The waiting area is very lovely, modern, and calming, there’s usually soft music playing and a nice smell from a diffuser. Kathleen Swanson is very kind, understanding, and helpful. I really appreciate how she incorporated a little bit of therapy-like discussion into each appointment. She gave some great suggestions and created a relaxed atmosphere of compassion and non-judgement. In fact, all the people I’ve encountered at this location seem very pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were always friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at a psychiatrist and I highly recommend this location.
