Fedeline Appolon, LCPC (she/her) earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is dedicated to helping adults learn tools to overcome past and present barriers so they can live with greater confidence and clarity.
Fedeline works with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She prioritizes a nonjudgmental therapeutic space that encourages meaningful exploration and personal growth. She uses a therapeutic approach that balances evidence-based treatment with a warm, person-centered style. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, strength-based approaches, and multicultural perspectives to create an approach that is deeply personalized. She places a strong emphasis on building a safe, collaborative relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
