Rebecca Blake, LCSW-C, is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™ and a DBT-Sleep Certified Clinician. Rebecca received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Salisbury University after completing undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Women’s Studies. Prior to and throughout her clinical training, she worked in the fields of domestic violence and child welfare, which informed her approach to supporting individuals and families.
Rebecca is the Program Director for the DBT Program at Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness, a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Program™. Rebecca is also a board-approved supervisor through the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners. She has experience working with adolescents, families, and adults across a range of treatment settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and residential care. She is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and utilizes DBT, DBT-PE (DBT Prolonged Exposure), DBT for Complex PTSD, DBT-Sleep, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support clients struggling with PTSD, Complex PTSD, emotion dysregulation, sleep disturbances, and other mental health challenges.
As a therapist, Rebecca emphasizes authenticity and collaboration, and she is committed to helping individuals make meaningful changes to build lives that align with their goals and values.
