Life can be very demanding and overwhelming, and that will not change. What can change is how we choose to respond. I believe every client has a tremendous inner potential to meet life’s challenges with courage and intention, navigate relationships with poise, create joy, and live authentically. It is my goal and my privilege to help clients recover the inner potential and power that was always theirs. By creating a safe and warm environment, my clients feel comfortable exploring their true selves in all their complexity, along with the wide range of their emotions and core beliefs. My approach is strength-based and relies on mindfulness tools enabling clients to develop self-awareness and self-acceptance and restore their resilience.
