Melissa Ouazana, LCPC, earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Loyola University in Maryland. She has experience working with adults facing a range of challenges, including mood and anxiety-related disorders, providing compassionate support as they work toward healing and personal growth.
Melissa is trained in evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-based approaches. She tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Melissa strives to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. She believes in helping individuals recognize their inherent worth and strengths, supporting them on their journey toward meaningful and fulfilling lives.
